The Fast's - Cory & Mary: August 2011
http://lifethefastway.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 11, 2011. And then there were three. It's been a whirlwind of a time since I last wrote - it's been both exhausting and exciting! We are delighted to be able to introduce our baby girl, Saoirse. I know you might be wondering what kind of a name that is, or how to even say it, so I'll give you a little helping hand. Anyway, that's all - we just wanted to let you know she is here and that we are loving every moment of our life with her. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). And then there were three.

Has an interesting series at the moment on “Hidden Maryland”, various cultural aspects that would normally be overlooked. It has a piece up at the moment on the Carmeltie religious order. Which I think is a nice way of showing how certain institutions can stay close to their historical roots while at the same time finding ways to make themselves more relevant to the current day:. The Exciting Life Of Friel: Mark's whirlwind trip to Oregon! (with pics)
http://littlefriel.blogspot.com/2010/01/marks-whirlwind-trip-to-oregon.html
Thursday, 14 January 2010. Mark's whirlwind trip to Oregon! I was extremely excited to have Mark visiting with us. Cory hadn't met Mark yet, so I was excited for that too. I was determined that he would have a fun trip and that we would cram as much into the few days he was here as possible. Oh boy! We sure crammed in a lot! I didn't really know if I was going to be able to cope with being "on the go" all the time, but I was sure going to give it my best shot! Mark was a little dizzy, so was trying to ge...

The Fast's - Cory & Mary: September 2010
http://lifethefastway.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 30, 2010. Well, it seems that the past week and a bit have been pretty uneventful, and thus I haven't really had anything to blog about. I guess I still don't really have anything to blog about, but after so many days thought I'd at least pop in and say a little hello. Anyway. Enough about the train tracks, I know I'm boring you already! I also saw my dr who said my T3 was a little high on the last blood test, so I dropped my cytomel down to half a pill in the morning instead of a ful...

The Exciting Life Of Friel: Update from Dr's visit
http://littlefriel.blogspot.com/2010/01/update-from-drs-visit.html
Thursday, 14 January 2010. Update from Dr's visit. Last week I went to the Doctors to have a blood test. OMG it was a chore. They couldn't get blood. Firstly, they went into the left arm, as usual. it 'sprayed' into the syringe, but nothing. and as he moved the needle around in my arm he punctured through the other side of the vein. Whoops! To be completely honest, I don't think he knew what to do. He said this has never happened to him before, and he has taken my bloods before without any trouble. It we...

The Fast's - Cory & Mary: Hello Third Trimester!
http://lifethefastway.blogspot.com/2011/04/hello-third-trimester.html
Wednesday, April 27, 2011. So, I am officially in the third trimester. There's a lot of different opinions on when that technically starts - some Dr's say 26 weeks, others say 27 weeks and there are some that say it doesn't start until 28 weeks. Well, that's what we're hoping, but we're also hoping that baby will decided he/she is ready at some time between me hitting 36 and 40 weeks. That would really help us out! So, with potentially another 8 - 12 weeks before we get to meet the little one we have fal...

The Fast's - Cory & Mary: April 2010
http://lifethefastway.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 30, 2010. Well, here I am in Donegal. Technically it’s the 30. April, but I’m in denial that it’s after 1am already so I’m still trying to pretend it’s Thursday. I’m not really sure what I expected to feel when I got here, but I was certainly surprised as I entered into Buncrana and drove the last few miles to the cottage. So, why different now? Maybe one day she will realize that life is too short for all this carry on, that we should treasure loved ones and let go of the past. Today The f...

The Fast's - Cory & Mary: The Wave!
http://lifethefastway.blogspot.com/2011/04/wave.html
Tuesday, April 19, 2011. I've decided I really need to be better about updating - but I know I'm bad, and really our life just isn't very interesting to anyone other than us most of the time. Another thing that baby Fast does is to 'stroke' a hand/foot/other body part yet to be identified across the inside of my belly. Let me tell ya, it is the weirdest feeling EVER! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Shower for a friend. How much bigger can I get? Fun and Games @ 27 weeks. You, Me and Uganda.
