Pushing to new limits and beyond. 1 teaspoon Redmond Minerals Real Salt (fine sea salt). 2 Lemons juiced and zest. 1 1/2 Cups cashews that have been soaked for at least 30 minutes and drained. 8oz roasted red peppers. 1 1/2 heads of cauliflower (chopped 2 inches X 2 inches). Yields about 3.5 Cups.
