Tiptoeing Through Tulips. Texas Style. Our family journey to the netherlands. June 10, 2015. Today was a beautiful day for a sports day! The whole school met at the fields for a morning full of fun! Oranje (juice) was included! I loved how the groups (grade levels) were mixed. The older ones were patiently helping the younger ones and that alone was priceless. Tuesday, September 9, 2014. I decided earlier this year that I wanted to put Atticus into preschool this fall. Around Bryan/College Station, you have to get kids on the lists early, so in March I paid my fee to secure him a spot. I had gone back and forth deciding whether to do this. Part of me thought "why a I going to be a stay at home mom if I'm going to send my kids to preschool? But, do you want to know the crazy part? Thankfully, I made it through an introduction to his teacher and we went inside.

Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend Celebration 2015. Vic, Katerina and I headed their way Friday afternoon and didn't come back until noon on Monday. GG came in to watch the kids (and by watch I mean spoil them completely but in a wonderful way of loving them so much! I can't tell you how many little treats of dinosaurs, animals, playdough, books, movies and snacks she brought them. And I can't tell you how many hilarious conversations she told us about after their weekend).

Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Texas Independence Relay 2015. There team name was "Don't Stop.Give 'Em Hell! They ran a pace of 7:51 and ran the 200 miles in 26:06:18. They got awesome medals for finishing! I think most of them already want to sign up to do it again next year! Vic had a wonderful time and said he would sign up again in a heartbeat!
