Multiple Nelsons: October 2014
http://nelsontroyjill.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Life is full of surprises. Friday, October 31, 2014. We had dinner with the Sister Missionaries from our church tonight. The kids were crazy before, during and after dinner knowing they were going trick-or-treating tonight. We started about 30 minutes later than I wanted but at least the kids went. Lasted only 5-8 houses and got just enough candy. Letterland Character Parade @ School. Happy to be done with the Parade. At the beginning of the parade. Sunday, October 26, 2014. Then we met up with Troy's br...

Multiple Nelsons: Grandma Barb's Visit #2
http://nelsontroyjill.blogspot.com/2015/08/grandma-barbs-visit-2.html
Life is full of surprises. Saturday, August 8, 2015. Grandma Barb's Visit #2. At the start of the rolling tube we had 4 kids. Grandma Barbara came to visit us for 10 days (she just left yesterday). It was a LOT of fun to have Grandma visit. We hadn't seen her in 1.5 years! One of the places we went to was a local fun farm that is literally 5-7 minutes from us. We had not been there yet b/c it isn't cheap but with family here it was like a vacation. At the end of the rolling tube 2 kids. We tried the Jump...

The Thongthais: May 2012
http://thethongthais.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 28, 2012. The Sticky, Splashy Memorial Day. We have had a really wonderful Memorial Day weekend. The past few months have been incredibly busy with a few weekend trips to see Wor's family, constant home improvement projects, lots of paper work and decision making and not a whole lot of time for fun. This weekend was just what the doctor ordered. We spent the weekend splashing in the pool both at Grandma's house and at the YMCA. Eating sticky popsicles with Cousin Brooklyn. Let It Be Sunday!

The Thongthais: October 2011
http://thethongthais.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 25, 2011. I was asked all the time by other moms "don't you just love this age" or "this age is just so fun isn't it? And I kept waiting to feel that way about what Lily was doing. Don't get me wrong, I always love her, I think she is the most adorable baby ever and enjoy being her mom.I just wasn't constantly having fun. But if someone asked me that right now I would answer with a resounding YES! She is perfect and I love being her mommy. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Let It Be Sunday!

The Thongthais: Thailand Part 1- Oh the Places You'll Go
http://thethongthais.blogspot.com/2012/11/thailand-part-1-oh-places-youll-go.html
Wednesday, November 7, 2012. Thailand Part 1- Oh the Places You'll Go. While the trip to Thailand really started months ago with an unbelievable amount of prep I will skip that part except for saying that over planning really is necessary when dragging a clingy 18 month old across the world. Research Research Research. I am so glad I did. Wor didn't fare any better and I was pretty sure that once we reached Thailand we would starve if I was the one in charge of figuring out the food. The Thongthais: February 2012
http://thethongthais.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 28, 2012. I'm going to blog what I am thinking about these days: hotels. I am torn on where to stay for our trip to Bankok. Should we go super duper cheap? Its definitely possible to go cheap in Thailand. Or should we stay in a nicer place and just splurge? Here are my three choices I have narrowed it down to:. Narai Hotel- Good location. Rooms are a bit more updated than the Silom Village Inn. Breakfast is included. Nothing really sets the place apart. About $60 a night. Respect- I wan...

The Optimistic Mommy: Simon's Debut
http://theoptimisticmommy.blogspot.com/2011/08/simons-debut.html
Sunday, August 7, 2011. Home sweet home birth. A little over six months ago, Simon joined our family. He has brought so much happiness to our lives. I don't know what I would do without him. More than anything, he is my sunshine. I just had to give it a shot! 8221; I remember laughing at him and telling him, “Yep. I sure am! 8221; I stood up and birthed your head. I told Dad to catch you as I birthed your shoulders. You were born at 5pm! Only 45 minutes of active labor! Posted with ♥ by Christina. Glad t...

Truly Scrumptious: January 2012
http://lewisee.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 31, 2012. In the new year I do start doing some evaluating, trying to figure out if this is the year I will be able to be stronger, be better, to make life changes. See there is what I want in theory and what I do in practice. In theory I would love to have less debt. In practice I enjoy pretty things – pretty things for me, for my children, for my house, and so on. Just walking into a store lifts my spirits. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). tiny dancer: barf, barfed, barfing
http://tinydancerchris.blogspot.com/2011/07/barf-barfed-barfing.html
Barf, barfed, barfing. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. I can't remember now why i googled "image barf." i obviously had some kind of twisted idea for a blog post that had barfing in it. all i can say to you, who are innocent, is, never type image barf into google. never! You will be sorry (maybe for the rest of your life.). I did find a few amusing pictures, though, that i downloaded for you. so i hope you enjoy them, even though i now wake up screaming at night. no sacrifice is too great for grandma. Slackers...

Southern Wonderland: July 2010

Rendezvous in Old Nauvoo. Monday, July 19, 2010. We took our three little sweet crazies on a trip to Nauvoo last week. We were lucky to be able to fly instead of drive. Although honestly, the airports have gotten to be such a traumatic experience that maybe it wasn't easier at all. Here we are in the Chicago O'Hare airport on our way. This is by the exhibit of Mr. O'Hare himself. (Kate is showing off a "funny band" as she calls them). The stick pull was a favorite game. Guess who won this match? Here is ...
