Anthony 8km-22km-28km-46km … bikes. 11/14/2010 Sun. 週末又是個爛天氣 →. 11/1/2010 back to FD cycling again,. 幾乎兩個星期沒騎車了(10/18 10/31); 10/18開始北台灣受到今年首波強烈大陸冷氣團影響, 每天幾乎都在下雨, 不然就是濕度100%的毛毛雨天氣! 老天爺應該蠻照顧我的; 老闆從10/18 visit TPE, 這兩個星期也是’忙到翻’, 每天都拖著疲憊的身子回家=只想睡覺啦! 但凌晨3, 4點又醒過來, 壓力大真的睡不好! 今天11/1 Mon. 重新回到福德騎車, 感覺真好! 早上06:10AM從家裡出發,(秋冬到了,天色到大約17:50才亮), 想說今天應該會’累’, 因為已經兩個星期沒騎了; 一樣來個2P, 整個感覺起來體力並沒有衰退太多… Good! 這周的天氣都不錯, 氣象預報本周末都是好天氣; 同學們各忙各的忙沒約騎; 好久沒騎北47了, 來去騎一趟吧! 今天打算悠閒騎,早上六點起床,外面天色還是黑黑的,不急著出門,摸到07:00才從家裡出發! 老路線,取道福德下深坑106乙到石碇, 今天特別到石碇老街吃碗稞 米粉湯當早餐;接著轉北47往小格頭慢騎. 說實在的,30速的公路車真的不錯;騎山路遇到長又陡的坡,前齒盤切到最小齒,輕輕鬆鬆往上騎;常常碰到兩盤公路車騎長又陡的坡時,騎的很辛苦! Saracen騎了快3,700km了, 漸漸能抓的到騎乘公路車的技巧了! 今天在北47就碰到了一台Colongo公路車 carbon輪組的好車 我前面最小盤跟在他後面 快到小格頭前大約200米 起身抽車(時速大約20 23km)兩三下超過他; 他心裡肯定不太舒服 想說鋁架公路車居然最後兩三下就被我超車! 下小格頭順著台九線北宜公路往新店騎下山 沿途一堆重機往坪林方向騎過去 一些沒改裝的重機引擎聲吵的要死 讓人著實不舒服! 14:00 從家裡出門,取道 福德-深坑-阿柔洋-貓空-老泉里-軍功路繞一圈, 大約38km/3 hours. 今天11/14 Sun....

We are officially Marylanders as of 7.31.15! The last major projects were the screened-in porch and deck on the back of the house and the ten year basement finishing project. Toby became quite skilled at acquiring more tools to finish these projects but since he seemed to put forth more elbow grease in our projects, these purchases were nominal when compared to the hours he spent in creating the home that we lived in for more than 10 years!
