Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Meat Liz Adair, sitting in purple, on the left! She is an amazing person and an incredible author! I bought her most recent Spider Latham book last Oct., and after reading the first few sentences, I knew I was going to love this series! So I put it on hold and ordered the previous books in this series, The Lodger, After Goliath, and Snakewater Affair, so I could read the series in order! Once the last book arrived, I opened The Lodger and quickly lost myself in it's pages!

Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Color Makes Me Happy! As a gardener, one of my ongoing goals is to try to have color in the yard for as much of the year as possible! The early blooming peonies bloomed their little hearts out this year! Now the mid season peonies are giving color! Notice how happy my Mason bees are, lining their little hairy bodies with bright yellow pollen! This peony seems to capture the sun from within! If you look close, you may see the little bee legs heavy laden with pollen! Dear To My Heart.
