Six weeks, or so. I so wanted to keep up with this blog, but due to my baby's constant desire to be held. I think it might be a while before that happens. This is old news now, as Carter is a month older as I am finally posting, but oh well! First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my wonderful hubby. Things were a bit crazy at our house due to my sister getting married, and trying to get some sleep between taking care of our little man, but we still managed to have fun. Carter turns one month.then six weeks.

So, I have attempted to capture the essence of the shortbread cookie in a softer form. In my quest for cake-like I actually achieved a little bit of chewiness that I really like with this cookie.
