Stir flour, sugar, salt, baking powder into med bowl. Using a fork, blend peanut butter into mixture until crumbly. Monday, January 20, 2014. 500g eye fillet / rump steak, trimmed of all visible fat. 1 tbsp peanut oil. 200g of rocket or mixed lettuce leaves, washed and drained. 2 Lebanese cucumbers, thinly sliced. 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved. 2 tbsp mint leaves, finely sliced. 2 cloves garlic, crushed. 1 small red chili, seeds removed and chopped finely. 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice. 1 tbsp fish sauce. 1 tbsp palm sugar or brown sugar. 1 tbsp peanut oil.
