At the checkout line in Carrefour two men in black military-style uniforms complete with helmets and automatic weapons were escorting someone out of the store. At first I thought shoplifter? We took the train this morning to Zollikofen to meet Ilaria and Lorenzo Mariani and their darling family from Vicenza, Italy. They are dear friends and we love them a lot, a lot!
