Jack Attack: Pool Table

There goes my heart. Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Jack just loves bouncy balls, footballs, soccer balls, etc. He has always shown an interest in the pool balls and Kyle has not been keen on letting Jack play with them for fear he will throw one and do who knows what kind of damage. So you can imagine my surprise when I came downstairs and found this going on! Kyle asks him to say the ball colors so he is learning colors, dexterity, and coordination! What a handsome little guy you have!

There goes my heart. Saturday, February 27, 2010. Recently we joined "The Little Gym" which has gymnastics classes for toddlers. There are about twenty kids in Jack's class all within a year of his age. His cousin Brooks also goes with us on Saturday mornings. There goes my heart. Tuesday, April 21, 2009. So up until last week Jack was walking with assistance pretty much non-stop. Last week he decided he had enough of depending on us and began to cruise around on his own. He is still a little unsteady but the other day he walked the length of the house. When we are outdoors I hold his hand so he doesn't fall. He is not even ten months yet! He had a doctors appointment the other day and is in the 90th % for his height! Tuesday, April 14, 2009. He has started grabbing things, his grip is still not directed and he will drop things and get frustrated. The other day he grabbed his toes for the first time! He sits in his bumbo. Would be soaked. I can't decide if it is Kim's expertise with the camera or that Jack is just so dang photogenic - I am going with both! Monday, December 8, 2008. There goes my heart. Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Jack gets a visit from his cousin and friends. What a fun weekend! They then proceeded to pummel each other, a peek into the future when we are surely going to have some rough housing little guys.
