Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Last Minute Family Photos. I was having some early labor and our doctor thought Colton might come 3 weeks early, so we took some quick family pictures after church. They're not Traci caliber, but I thought they might be my last belly shots. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Fourth of July 2009. Last Minute Family Photos. Crocodile Dock VBS 2009. Monday, July 13, 2009. Emma, Caden, and I went to our favorite tea house, The Tea Trolley, to celebrate the end of the school year. Miss Wendy, the owner is very sweet to the kids and they are always asking to go. As you can see, our garden pics weren't the most successful.:). I think the garden pics are cute :). Monday, April 27, 2009. Caden's 5th Birthday-Lego style! Caden celebrated Lego style with free building, Lego cakes, a Lego relay, and a Lego pinata made by Poppy. The newly assembled play structure was the biggest hit of all, along with our special guests, Dax and Talley, our new twin cousins (and their Mommy and Daddy). Nonnie and Poppy and Grandma and Grandpa also came and helped out with all the preparations. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Cadens 5th Birthday-Lego style! View my complete profile.

Friday, February 27, 2009. It's A .Boy! He is not modest at all! We had official confirmation at our 18 week ultrasound this Wednesday that it is indeed a boy. Daddy could tell at 12 weeks.:) We were relieved that all body parts including the heart look healthy and strong at this point. We will have a fetal echo at 24 weeks just to check the heart again. Giles Family Blog: October 2009

Tuesday, October 27, 2009. A Day in the Clouds. Kristin and I took the kids to see our grandmother Margaret and Aunt Lori and spent a really nice day with them! First we laid around on Grandma's grass (the kids) and gazebo (the ladies), then we visited horses at "Fraulein" Maria's house.* And finally we had a yummy dinner at Lori's house where the girls went swimming in the hot tub which is perched on the side of a mountain! Don't you wish you could still believe in such idealism? Sunday, October 18, 2009.

Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Back home in New York. We are back in New York for a visit! So much to say and record about the trip, but for now, I'm going to jam pictures up so our family and friends can see what we're doing. Meg and Sienna in matching outfits that Holly brought home from Paris! The girls fell right into their old friendship and are stuck like glue to one another, of course:. One of the amazing summer rainstorms the likes of which the west coast never experiences. We miss these:. It was the ...

Thursday, April 22, 2010. Plugging away at April . . . Spring is here and the flowers are blooming and the birds are singing and the tree that creates a natural curtain between our neighbor's bedroom and ours is filling in with precious privacy leaves! Not much going on around here except lots of pre-school and playing with cousins and Brian's new job (he is now the Regional New Build Manager, or something like that). My sister's baby, duh! You though. . . .hahahaha! Sunday, April 11, 2010. We all sort o...

Monday, July 14, 2008. 12th Annual Girls Getaway. I spent the weekend with APU girlfriends Gina Donnelly, Marci McMahon, and Liz Kitch. We stayed in Solvang, but spent most of our time in Santa Barbara. We did lots of shopping and eating, but also squeezed in some beach time and pool time. We look forward to next year's getaway. Wednesday, July 9, 2008. After eating lunch at the Crow's Nest on the water, we went to see the redwoods in Felton. The redwoods are beautiful and amazing. Dinner at Willow Street.
