This story begins with a Craigslist. In 2009, Tracy. And her roommate were looking for a third to join their Stuyvesant Town apartment in Manhattan. Even though the ad asked for 20-something, female professionals, Marc, who was also apartment hunting at the time, decided to give it a try anyway and responded to the ad. From the moment he took off his wet shoes that rainy night when he came to view the apartment, Tracy. Concluded that he would do just fine as a tidy roommate.
