Monday, September 20, 2010. Sunday, September 19, 2010. I easily tired myself out today with over 5 hours of errands, 3 hours of cleaning house, and then an hour walk and ball toss with my "kids". Thank you puppies for keeping me active when I think I have no more energy left! I have a renewed excitement for my resistance training time and am looking forward to tomorrow's workout. Here it is in case you are following along:. Combos of 3 for 3 sets each:. TRX single-leg squat and jump. TRX "T" reverse flys.

Sunday, January 10, 2010. Hold the edges of the BOSU and balance on toes in push-up position. Lift one leg and bring the knee up toward the elbow of the arm on the same side as if doing a side crunch. Lower your chest toward the black side of the BOSU and breathe out as you push upward. Saturday, October 2, 2010. Following the laparoscopic appendectomy. Was the horrible pain from the CO2 used to inflate my stomach during trying to escape from my body for the next 4 days. I am very glad you can only have appendicitis once! The bottom line is that when I return from recovering in Hawaii from my week of recovering after the surgery, I hope to get back to regular workouts and also back to more regular posts here on Fitness Minded. Hope to see you here on these pages more often!
