Wednesday, 12 September 2012. The best programme for lean mass? With this in mind, I recently came across the PHAT (Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training) programme by Dr Layne Norton, and instantly liked what I saw. The main features of this programme that I liked were the training of legs twice per week, and the combination of low and high repetitions. This is a guy with an obvious bodybuilding background who is also educated and uses research to back up his views. Monday, upper body power: medium carbs.

FITNESS IN MY FORTIES! Aug 13, 2015. My first bikini comp. at age 45! I FINALLY MADE IT TO FLORIDA! My husband retired last year. 22 years in the USMC. He was offered a job in Tampa and we are finally enjoying the sunshine! Before we left, I competed at the NPC Pittsburg IN BIKINI! It was a grueling prep, with less protein, more glute work, overall great experience.
