On August 11, 2008, while camping at the Steelhead Provincial Park in BC, we went for a walk to the South Thompson River. It was only about a 20 minute walk from the campsite. On November 18, 2007, I went for a drive to Westwold, BC. Westwold is a tiny community nestled in the mountains. It was a very nice day for a drive. It is very nice still for this time of year. No snow on the ground yet but on quite a few mountains all around Westwold, I could see snow-capped mountains.
