Best Naval Base in Ancient Asia. Dialog has full mobile coverage (Don’t know about others). Banks – Bank of Ceylon, People’s Bank, Commercial Bank, Hatton National Bank, Sampath Bank. Road conditions are fairly good and they’re improving fast. Little salty taste in the Water. Tea is being served with lots of sugar to avoid the taste in water. Food options are limited.
