Thursday, 8 September 2011. The Season Part Two. The summers training has been good and the little bit of racing I have done has been OK, with a 17:38 5km at the Cardiff Park Run. A 6th at Blithfield Standard Tri. In 2:03:40, with one of the fastest runs, which was much to my surprise and a 6th at the final Bradford upon Avon mid week aquathlon. Thursday, 12 December 2013. 2013 has been busy, resulting in this being the first post for over a year. The good news is I've kept fit and managed to do some racing, with some fairly descent results. More importantly no personal worsts.Squeezing in racing around work and the family has been a challenge, but where I have raced we have made it part of a family day out. 14th - May Castle Combe Manic Mid Week Duathlon (47.30). 3rd - TATA Steel Man (2:05.45). 4th - July Parc Bryn Bach Aquathlon (28.49).
