Day 4 ended with dance class that was good. Oatmeal with Kiwi not bad a little tart. Afternoons are killing me my snack is turning into a fourth meal and then I am our of calories for dinner. Ideas any one? I need filling low calorie (less than 150) snack ideas. 15 minuet elliptical will work out more later. All my love,.

Thursday, April 30, 2009. Potty training is going very slowly. We started two weeks ago. Most of the time, it feels like we aren't making any progress. Although I kinda expected this. Sunday, December 27, 2009. I realized several days ago that I had not seen the sun nearly this entire month. A combination of going to work when it's dark, getting home when it's dark, and long stretches of gloomy, cloudy days have made my exposure to sunlight next to nil.
