848 Hope Spring Road. Originally constructed in 1915 as a residence for the manager of the Agricultural Demonstration Farm in Killarney, Manitoba, the building is an example of the four-square farmhouses built across southern Manitoba in the early 1900's. ART CENTRE KILLARNEY, MANITOBA.

251/253/255 york street dawson city, yukon. Originally constructed in 1898 as staff residences for the North American Transportation and Trading Company in Dawson City, Yukon, three 600 sq ft buildings occupied the 50' x 100' downtown lot. In 2007 the wood clad structure was lost to fire. The existing buildings had to be temporarily relocated in order to lay a compacted gravel pad. These short videos show Gammie Trucking and York Street crew carefully moving them on and off their original site.

848 Hope Spring Road. 751 sixth avenue Dawson city, yukon. Originally constructed in 1906 as a residence in Dawson City, Yukon, the house is an example of Edwardian Gold Rush Era construction. Trina Buhler Architectural Technology purchased the home in 2016 and it is currently undergoing and extensive exterior restoration and interior renovation.
