http://celiacinsea.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Simply Celiac in Southeast Asia. Learning to live with Celiac Disease one day at a time. Wednesday, February 29, 2012. I can't believe that my last post was about Christmas baking! A wonderful friend returned from the USA the other day bearing gluten-free gifts of chocolate-covered mint Jelly Bellies, "Food Should Taste Good" tortilla crackers, and.o to fix a craving I've had for so long! One thing I have discovered here is Orgran's gluten-free licorice. It is really, really good black licorice, and ...

Rebes with a Twist: September 2010
http://rebeswithatwist.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Rebes with a Twist. Monday, September 20, 2010. Life as it happens, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Well, it has been quite a week. What is it about getting a few years under our belts that seems to increase the ration of memorial invitations? Is it that we know so many more people or is it that time passes and it is just an inevitable part of life? I have pondered this for years. Figuring it out isn't the goal, but understanding why has always been part of my thinking. DNA I suppose. God has put ...

http://rebeswithatwist.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Rebes with a Twist. Sunday, February 28, 2010. A Taste of Olympic Town 2010. Here is a mere glimpse of the Olympic craziness from the perspective of a tremendously jetlagged Canadian. Woman upon immediate arrival from travels below the Equator.it was 37 deg celcius when I left, thankfully it was 15 deg celcius when I arrived in Vancouver! I have never been a huge fan of the Olympics, but that being said, they are here, it is happening, let's enjoy it! Uniform hats. Soon enough we found out that they ...

Simply Celiac in Southeast Asia: Yorkshire Pudding
http://celiacinsea.blogspot.com/2012/08/yorkshire-pudding.html
Simply Celiac in Southeast Asia. Learning to live with Celiac Disease one day at a time. Sunday, August 19, 2012. It's been an incredibly long time since I've written, and in that time I've been learning more about Gluten Free cooking/baking in my kitchen. I haven't, thankfully, thrown out quite as much stuff as I did in my first year. In fact, things are starting to taste pretty good! I didn't have to alter anything, and they tasted like regular, wheat flour based yorkshire puddings.
