Talk to people that are extremely overweight and ask them if they eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking and chances are they'll tell you "No". Eat dinner at 7 pm. Skip breakfast the next day. Have coffee instead (an appetite suppressant) so you dont know you're starving. And finally eat lunch at 12 pm. You havent eaten for 19 hours! 2 Break the Fast!
