Monday, August 15, 2011. Pregnancy Update - 39 Weeks. We are hoping this is the week y'all! Things are a changin and I am feeling like little Tyson is closer than ever to being ready. We are really hoping for Thursday since that is that day our doctor is on call (she is a badass and we reeeeeeally want her instead of some stranger). Wish us luck! Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Weight Watcher's Day 2. I made it through day 2! I'm so proud of myself since the last 90 times I tried to do weight watchers I made it to lunch of day 1 and quit! I am definately peeing every 5 minutes at work, but it's sooo worth it! I actually feel better then I usually do! I had some problems today with hunger. I was STARVING when it came to 11:00 and then again at 5. I will need to figure out more filling foods etc to help! 2 blueberry Eggo Waffles : 4 pts. Mixed Fruit: 1 pt.

Wednesday, May 20, 2009. So when you do weight watchers on of the goals is the 8 healthy guidelines :. 1 Eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day. A serving is ½ cup, except for leafy greens which are 1 cup per serving. For those over 350 pounds, 9 servings is recommended. 2 Get at least two servings of calcium a day. Turkey Meatloaf Muffins :). 2 muffins for 5 points! 1 Tbsp olive oil. 2 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), minced. 1/4 cup(s) low-fat shredded cheddar cheese, sharp. 1/4 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs. 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning. 1/2 tsp table salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1 large egg(s), lightly beaten. 1 1/4 pound(s) uncooked ground turkey breast. 1 spray(s) cooking spray. 2 TBSP Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove meat loaf from pan. 8 oz greek yogurt.
