Beans N Corn Bread. Decided to make black beans and corn bread. Penelope our hen, that is. 1 cup of yellow cornmeal. 1 cup sifted flour. 1/4 cup of sugar. 3 teaspoons baking powder. 2 eggs- preferably blue but others colors will do. Preheat the oven to 400.
