The cause of inflammation is irritation of the sheaths by prolonged or abnormal use of the tendons. Less often it may follow invasion of the tendon sheaths by bacteria with subsequent infection. Busy because i am going away for 2 weeks off in India (yes i am showing off :P). Busy dealing with cold last week and throat infection, that didn't allow me to speak for more than 6 seconds (actually for a man that is a lot to be able to speak that much). Busy with social life, which has had extreme makeover in past 2 weeks. For one of my favorite cousin in India.

I was strolling in the lake and encountered a sudden deep trench!
