Our 9 day stint in Chigasaki with Hikalu’s family has almost come to an end. And it felt like we arrived here yesterday! Kenji, Hikalu’s uncle, took us to a nearby city called Enoshima today where we visited the Aquarium and an island just off the coast. Huge pools with sand banks allowed the massive turtles to swim around freely and hangout on the banks when they felt like it.

This island group is to the north of Tongatapu and Ha'apai. Although we planned on one week, it was extended by two days due to a plane cancellation. Not to worry! An extra two days in Vava'u?
