The Woods: Sittin' Pretty!
http://joshandbeck.blogspot.com/2013/01/sittin-pretty.html
Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Baby girl has now assumed her place at the dinner table. With the start of solids in the near future, I decided to pull out the trusty high chair so baby girl could get use to it. At the present it is nothing more then a place to sit in and play but come Saturday she will start joining us to eat her meals, as the adventure in solid eating will begin! Playgroup Professions: Under the Sea
http://playgroupprofessions.blogspot.com/2014/05/under-sea.html
Friday, May 16, 2014. My heart may explode. I am so so very proud. They are my world. Last night, part of my world went onto a big stage in front of hundreds of people in a concert hall and performed a dance perfectly. I can barely contain myself. My silly, smart, mischievous, inquisitive, funny three year old rocked her first ever dance recital. And I couldn't be prouder. Her class performed a tap dance to "Under the Sea" from The Little Mermaid. They were dressed as crabs. It was ridiculously cute.

Playgroup Professions: Catch Up: The First Month
http://playgroupprofessions.blogspot.com/2014/04/catch-up-first-month.html
Tuesday, April 15, 2014. Catch Up: The First Month. My little man turns three months old tomorrow, so I thought it was probably time for his one and two month updates. I actually wrote the one month post on time, but as I was editing, I thought it sounded too perfect. It was very we-had-another-baby-and-nothing-was-hard-and-life-is-perfect. Sounding, which we all know is far from the truth. I started playing games like see how high you can jump on my bed. Just so I could pee all by myself. C and Daddy ge...

The Woods: December 2012
http://joshandbeck.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 17, 2012. Gingerbread house that is, last week the boys and I put one together. I fully intended this to be a project for me and Charlie to do during the little ones naps but much to the delight of Coleman this is not what happened. As his luck would have it he woke just as we were starting and he got to join in on the construction! For our first attempt I will say it we did a pretty good job, here we are a week later and the house is still standing! Thursday, December 13, 2012. I am a w...

Playgroup Professions: November 2013
http://playgroupprofessions.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 7, 2013. Poetry and Pottery Barn. I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for Pottery Barn Kids to open so I can pick up Wilson's bedding. I've dropped C off in carpool, driven through Starbucks, and felt I should break up my stereotypical SAHM morning with a little poetry on my phone. I have never read this writer, but I found this and loved it. I was satisfied with haiku until I met you,. Jar of octopus, cuckoo’s cry, 5-7-5,. But now I want a Russian novel,. I want her to know I am am...

Playgroup Professions: September 2013
http://playgroupprofessions.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Today has been a really good day. C started school last week. It was quite the adjustment. I knew she would love it.eventually. But I also knew the first day (and possibly weeks) would be tough. We talked about how much fun school would be, we took the obligatory "First Day of School" photos, we sang "Grown Ups Come Back" over and over again on the way there. And when they took her out of my car, no tears (from her)! She told me how much fun she had and then did not stop talki...
