Sunday, January 13, 2008. Sunday (1.13.08). After having taken Thurs and just doing some running on the treadmill on Friday, I needed to do some kind of varied paced ride. even if it was only for an hour or so. I know the weather was nice, but it was too cold to risk trying to ride early am outside. Ride Time: 60 minutes. I spent the first 30 minutes building up a steady effort into some tempo riding. The last 30 minutes was spent varying the pace with some mock hills and short efforts.

Two Wheels and Half a Brain. 2015 Tour de France- Weekend Wrap-UP; Stage 1 and 2. Well, looks like we have ourselves a bike race already, complete with drama and excitement, winners (whiners) and losers. This might end up being an interesting race after all! Stage 1- Time Trial. Aside from the boy’s phenomenal ride, the real story of course was the GC battle unfolding on day one. Who would lose too much time, who would gain time, who would surprise, and would it even matter? Stage 2- Utrecht- Zeeland.

My plan for today was to visit mount Equninox in vermont – A small detour from my route home.
