http://bradani.blogspot.com/2015/04/sunday-news.html
A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Sunday, April 5, 2015. Ohio has brought us many new friends and adventures. We're so grateful for our move here and to take on a different pace of life. Brad's back into the swing of school and I am semi taking some time off from teaching. It is with our greatest joy on this beautiful Easter Sunday to share what we have now been celebrating for weeks in our home. Or so it seems as he tilts his head when we tell him! April 5, 2015 at 6:35 PM.

Tethered to Love: Noonday Ambassador!
http://ashleyadam.blogspot.com/2014/04/noonday-ambassador.html
How You Can Help. Sunday, April 20, 2014. If you follow me on facebook then you might have already seen that I announced how excited I am to now be an ambassador for Noonday. Using fashion and design to help create economic opportunity for others? Honestly I feel blessed that I get to be a part of such an amazing organization and want to represent them and their artisans well. Another HUGE reason that I love Noonday so much is that they do adoption fundraisers! How cool is that? Host a trunk show! Gather...

Shields Story: March 2014
http://bradani.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Monday, March 31, 2014. Yeah, I made cookies with bananas, oats, and mini chocolate chips. They're da bomb. I followed this recipe. At skinnytaste.com. I didn't have walnuts on hand so I substituted them for chocolate chips. After I'd gotten started mixing everything I realized my oats were not 'quick oats', but mine turned out just fine! If you haven't tried this yet please go make some! Sunday, March 30, 2014. Sunday, March 16, 2014. It's now been t...

Tethered to Love: Africa! part one
http://ashleyadam.blogspot.com/2014/06/africa-part-one.html
How You Can Help. Thursday, June 12, 2014. Well is this long overdue or what? I don't know what to say except sometimes I want to blog and sometimes I don't and that is ok. So if you're still reading thanks for sticking around! Adam and I got the unique opportunity with a group from our church to go visit some friends and keep their kiddos while they had a conference. This isn't quite how I thought I would be getting to Africa this year but we were thrilled to go nonetheless! When we finally arrived earl...

The Ferrell Family: the scooter accident
http://chadandchristy.blogspot.com/2011/12/scooter-accident.html
Friday, December 30, 2011. This post is SUPER long and there are some not so pleasant pictures. You've been warned! I'm not even sure where to begin with this whole thing. I've debated whether to post about it or not, but I'm such a verbal processor, it is kind of therapeutic to "talk" about it and type it out. There are also so many details and little things that I'm sure won't be so clear in my mind one day. And tied Dad's jacket around her bleeding leg. Gray worked hard to get us flights out the next ...

Brad and Caitlin: A Loving God.
http://cksjourney.blogspot.com/2013/02/a-loving-god.html
A look into the Morris madness! Tuesday, February 26, 2013. One of the most unloving things God could do would be to allow you to live in sin and operate under the illusion that you’re still close to Him." -Pastor Steven Furtick. The truth is, we live in a sinful world. Even people we expect to be the most uplifting will hurt you. People can cut so deep you feel like you will never recover. Not only do people hurt me, I am guilty of hurting people as well. Everyone has hurt someone else's...Pastor Steven...

Brad and Caitlin: June 2013
http://cksjourney.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
A look into the Morris madness! Friday, June 21, 2013. WARNING: If you don't like nasty bug bites don't look! Just a few days after the bite. After one day of antibiotics. A few days in, it started to ulcerate. Then it turned very blue. Eventually it healed and formed a scab. Isn't that WEIRD and GROSS? SO What does any decent teacher do? Make it a teachable moment. After EOGs, I decided to dedicate a day to dangerous insects of NC. There are some NASTY caterpillars around here guys! Is that a joke?

Brad and Caitlin: December 2012
http://cksjourney.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
A look into the Morris madness! Monday, December 31, 2012. While reading through the instructions that God had for Moses to build the tabernacle, I felt overwhelmed. There were so many DETAILED instructions. Surely there were mistakes! Sunday, December 16, 2012. Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen. He named it Ebenezer, saying, "Thus far the Lord has helped us." 1 Samuel 7:12. I often change this to, "Thus far the Lord has helped me", when pondering this scripture.

The Harper Family: December 2013
http://marshallandrachel.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 29, 2013. Our girl is the big 1-1! NEXT month she turns 1 YEAR OLD! Really no clue. She could be anywhere from 13-14 pounds. Hopefully no less. Everyone says how amazed at how much this girl eats and how tiny she is. We will attribute it to a good metabolism. Marshall and I can both eat a lot and stay pretty small so maybe she just has good genes? We'll leave it with that. Haha. I've gone to check the monitor when that happens to make sure she's still ok! Waving to people (being social).
