Saturday, June 29, 2013. Life with Leukemia: Thoracentesis, because I know you want to know. Since being here Tyler has developed a sort of shortness of breath and dry cough. It got bad sometimes and made it so he couldn't talk. Or so that he sounded like a 90 year old man with asthma. I would have to talk him through breathing, because it obviously made him nervous. By day 2 or 3 the doctors could actually see. Probably you people who paid attention in school. The eating by himself, not my showering.

Wednesday, November 20, 2013. Life with Leukemia: Or is it? Monday was our weekly (more like bi-weekly) visit to Huntsman. It was an early appointment which we soon discovered was a big mistake have you seen me in the morning? It’s not pretty. Neither of us enjoyed getting up that early. It was pretty routine. Wednesday, October 23, 2013. Life with Leukemia: A Spoon Full of Sugar. Remember how last update I said nothing new had happened. Sometimes I wonder how much of what I say causes the next event… A day or two after that post we got a call from the clinic. They told Tyler to reduce his dose of the meds. Not a big deal really. A few days later our nurse called at 7AM mind you. To tell Tyler that the study was ending and he was to stop taking the pills. Why is he in a wheel chair? We decided on a new medicin...

We had a chance to visit Cedar Breaks the last time that we were in Parowan. We took Aunt Margaret with us and had a great lunch at the campground area and then went to the overlook.
