USS (Ulverston Scrap Store) was a small voluntary run charity set up to provide clean, safe scrap materials that can be used by schools, community groups, workshop leaders, Individuals and many others for their projects. Triathlon in the south lakes. Bike Session, Saturday 8th August.9.00am NCL. August 6, 2015. This Saturday’s bike session will focus on our familiarisation with the drafting rule. We will be using the session to practice a series of techniques to give us confidence on our understanding on drafting when in a race enviroment.
