Too much wine in rural Japan …. Daring Bakers’ Challenge. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp cinnamon powder. 100g soft brown sugar. 1 medium – large carrot (grated). ICING – 80g cream cheese / 50g butter / 20g icing sugar. Turn the oven onto 170 degrees C. Take the butter and cream cheese out of the fridge to get them to room temperature. Well we survived the 5 day mad dash tour of the UK- even managed to squeeze in some. Wonderful English riots along the way.
