Helicopters (hospital 2 blocks down), trains (tracks across the road), Fire engines (Fire house around the block), and the high school band that apparently wants to be THE best band in the universe and practices 6 days a week (the same song! Monday, July 18, 2011. This is what we have all been waiting for.well at least for the past two and a half months. We are able to walk to several places. Most importantly Nick is walking to work and home for lunch, and maybe little people to school in a few weeks. So sweet isn't it? This is how it looks now. Saturday, December 1, 2012. It's hard to explain how, but during pregnancy you start to get a feeling for your child's personality. Eden (my first) was always moving and her heart rate was alway fast, I felt kicks very early in my pregnancy with her. It was like she was saying "here I am, Im ready for this! Thursday, November 18, 2010. 4 we are all caught up. Samuel and Sophia dancing. He is actually a very intuitive dancer with a graceful air. He is so funny. Lillian loves to dance also, we are really stuck on the "River Dance" theme though. Yes, sweet smile, I love you too! She is so amazed and finds such gratification standing in charge of the computer. Sunday, April 10, 2011. Samuel has a new trick we are all excited about. So we set off early this morning for the park. Coffee at the park, 72, happy children; it was a great way to start the "day of rest". I love watching Nick and the children live. They love their father and giggle and play, tease and wrestle. Saturday, September 11, 2010. Our own little Eden (the garden variety). We have been in this little house for about two months. In this time we have put in a garden with Collard Greens, Cabbage, Brussels sprouts, Lettuce. Reunited a baby squirrel with it's mother, and well, acquired this cat. Were walking home from the bus stop a few weeks ago, right before we left for Kansas City, Lillian caught a huge velvety catterpillar. It was fantastic! To come and go as she pleases. Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Passover and Easter or #3 of 3 that you haven't seen this month! Easter Sunday, really tall mountain, really scary drive (just for me). Nick and his people. I was unprepared for the very sheer drive up the mountain for our hike. I also was unaware that we were on our way to share communion, have an Easter egg hunt, and do this by a warm fire on a very chilly day way up high, during an earthquake.
