It's crazy easy, delicious, and healthy. There really is no going wrong here. 2 crowns of broccoli, chopped into florets. 3 - 5 cloves of garlic, finely minced. 1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Even with this knowledge, many choose foods that aren't exactly healthy breakfast items, or they may just skip the meal altogether!
