Just for fun, if we break it down by the numbers, here’s what we’ve accomplished since sending out the RFP in May:. Sent to 7 companies. Resulted in 6 proposals. Equaling 221 pages of information. Reviewed by 25 committee members. During 7 small group meetings. Which generated 117 individual preliminary evaluation forms. And 4 hours of full-committee meetings. Which produced 6 team summaries.
