Having been joint owner of Vaaloewer Town (fully proclaimed) until all 1,000 stands had been sold, I must warn you, from first hand experience, that once you become involved with Vaaloewer, you get Vaaloewer in your veins, for which there is no cure. Vaaloewer is a picturesque fully proclaimed town next to the main Vaal River, halfway between Vanderbijlpark and Parys, about 80km. from Johannesburg.
