Desde mi mente a la tuya: A Closer Look
http://benthorne.blogspot.com/2011/12/closer-look.html
Desde mi mente a la tuya. Wednesday, December 14, 2011. I was using Stumbleupon and thought that this was really cool. Here are some pictures from an electron microscope taking a closer look at some everyday items. (source A CLOSER LOOK. Toilet Paper (unused of course). Salt and Pepper (one of my favorites). A Needle and Thread. An Electric Shaver w/ Cut Whiskers. Pretty crazy how these items look under the microscope. Posted by Ben Thorne. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Desde mi mente a la tuya: November 2011
http://benthorne.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Desde mi mente a la tuya. Monday, November 7, 2011. Looking forward to the past. I'm coming home to Washington for Christmas and I'm really excited. It's been over two years since this picture was taken and I haven't seen Kevin or David for that entire time! I miss all my friends in WA a lot and I'm really excited for our trip. I think this trip will be a challenge for me and also a great time of family, friends and a great Christmas season. Posted by Ben Thorne. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Desde mi mente a la tuya: Nerding Out Man! (Raspberry Pi)
http://benthorne.blogspot.com/2013/04/nerding-out-man-raspberry-pi.html
Desde mi mente a la tuya. Wednesday, April 10, 2013. Lately I've been having this huge desire to nerd out a bit and get back into my techy side. I really want to build something computer/techish that's fairly unique. Here's what I've decided on:. This is the Raspberry Pi. It's a mini-computer that is the size of a credit card. I've been excited about the possibilities this little guy could provide. The very best part is that it boasts a price of only $35! Here are some specs:. The Raspberry Pi Forums.

Desde mi mente a la tuya: March 2012
http://benthorne.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Desde mi mente a la tuya. Thursday, March 29, 2012. I Like to Nap OK! And there's nothing to be ashamed of. When I was in Colombia (the country, not the city for all my Missourian friends), we took a siesta every day after lunch for about an hour and it was AWESOME. I remember waking up feeling invigorated, ready to go out and do more work. That meant we stayed up a little later at night, but overall I felt way more relaxed. Here are 5 reasons why you should nap daily. Posted by Ben Thorne.

Desde mi mente a la tuya: September 2009
http://benthorne.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Desde mi mente a la tuya. Saturday, September 12, 2009. Well, we were super thankful to be able to get a new computer but, about two days after school started, my laptop crapped out on us. God came through again because we had just recently found out that we'd be receiving some money from an education account my wife's parents had set up for her a long time ago. It was great and we were able to buy a new netbook. Which has been great. God is so good! Posted by Ben Thorne. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Desde mi mente a la tuya: February 2010
http://benthorne.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Desde mi mente a la tuya. Friday, February 26, 2010. Have you ever come so close to accomplishing something, only to have it fall back in your face at the very last second? The other night I was at Realife. At the Wilson's Creek Campus. Of my church and Pastor Scotty. Well, as I was saying, Scotty spoke about having come so close to something only to lose in the end. The thing that struck me was when he spoke of the two thieves on either side of Jesus at the cross. Save yourself and us! This man was abou...

http://benthorne.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Desde mi mente a la tuya. Wednesday, February 1, 2012. Lets wait and see. Here I am waiting. Abide in me I pray. Here I am longing. Hide me in Your love. Bring me to my knees. May I know Jesus. Come live in me. Come breathe in me. On eagle’s wings. I sure do. I remember leading that in worship more times than I can count. It's a great song. I'm still not in a worship position at a local church. I'm still waiting. I felt the call into full-time worship ministry when I was 17 years old. Someone very wi...
