Generally we make adai with rice and lentils together but here is a healthier option by substituting rice with mixed millets. Soak the millets and dals together in enough water for 3 hours. Grind it along with chillies, asafoetida and salt into a smooth batter. Drizzle oil around it and cook in medium flame till it starts to brown.
