Beginner Friendly Wheatgrass Smoothie Recipe. August 9, 2015. 1 pack of Organic Wheatgrass. 2 bananas (I used one frozen and one fresh). Handful of frozen mangoes. Half of a cucumber. As you can probably tell, I’m not into very strict/specific recipes. I think it’s good to experiment with the amounts of each ingredient and adjust to your taste and preference.
