http://sherri-damman.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Living the good life in Grandmaville. Sunday, April 26, 2015. A Play, Monkey Joe's, and a Bike Ride. It's a Sunday night again and here is a recap of our weekend. On Friday, Courtney dropped the girls off on her way to Bloomington to have a sister weekend with Alissa. We took the girls and my mom to the play at St. John's, The Emperor's New Clothes." It was very well done as all St. John's plays are and the girls especially enjoyed seeing the king in his underwear. We let her have her meltdown. I had...

http://sherri-damman.blogspot.com/2015/08/pool-time-vbs-and-trip-to-sheboygan.html
Living the good life in Grandmaville. Monday, August 10, 2015. Pool Time, VBS, and a trip to Sheboygan. On Thursday morning, John drove me to Oshkosh to spend a few days with my favorite girls. We had lunch at Ardy and Ed's followed by some time at the Omro Pool. Tiz passed the swimming test by being able to swim free style for 50 yards so she was able to swim and play in the deep water as well as go down the big slides and off the boards. She was pretty proud of her accomplishments. Courtney and Mallory...

Living the good life in Grandmaville: October 2014

Living the good life in Grandmaville. Sunday, October 26, 2014. Bugline-Last Bike Ride of the Season. Today was a beautiful fall day and according to the weatherman, the last nice weekend before the dreaded cold and snow set in. Ugh! I wish we could have two more months of this crisp fall weather. Today John and I took, what will more than likely be, our last bike ride of the season. We chose the Bugline since we had not ridden it at all this season yet and we heard it was now paved. Living the good life in Grandmaville: June 2015

Living the good life in Grandmaville. Monday, June 29, 2015. Four years ago today, A Little Ray of Sunshine Entered our Life. It was four years ago today that we met our little Sunshine, Soliana for the first time. We first saw her in a photo about four months before we actually met her and that photo is all we had for those first months. Here is what we first saw in that photo:. Much the way that expectant parents fall in love with an ultrasound photo, so we fell in love with this precious face. Sunday,...

Living the good life in Grandmaville: The Oak Leaf Trail Revisited
http://sherri-damman.blogspot.com/2015/07/the-oak-leaf-trail-revisited.html
Living the good life in Grandmaville. Monday, July 27, 2015. The Oak Leaf Trail Revisited. On Saturday, John and I rode the Oak Leaf Trail from Bay View to South Milwaukee. We have ridden this trail two previous times, once in 2006 and then again in 2011. It was time to ride this trail again. We parked at Humboldt Park near the bathrooms as usual. We rode the 24 mile round trip and really enjoyed it. Now, who planned to do this remodeling in the hottest part of the summer? It was a good snack. We tried a...

Living the good life in Grandmaville. Wednesday, December 31, 2014. We made it to midnight and welcomed 2015 in the midst of Karaoke at the Carrington Bar and Grill. Happy New Year everyone. May 2015 be good to all of us. Links to this post. Celebrating New Year's Eve in Door County. On Tuesday, we had to take the girls back home to Oshkosh. While I didn't really want to return them and I knew I was going to miss them so much, it was time. We are tough though and we did not let those temps hinder us.

Living the good life in Grandmaville: July 2014
http://sherri-damman.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Living the good life in Grandmaville. Monday, July 28, 2014. A 5K, an impersonator, and a rainy bike ride. Here is a summary of a weekend full of mixed emotions. On Friday I had a wonderful visit with Pam Wilke. It was long overdue but as usual, even when we do not see one another for a long time, we just pick up right where we left off and the conversation flows so easily. That is how it is with true friends. Emotion - pure joy. On Saturday Lynne and I walked a 5K for Lebanon Lutheran School. The rain s...

Living the good life in Grandmaville. Sunday, August 30, 2015. And Summer officially comes to an end. Tomorrow school starts for me. Today is the last day of my summer. Am I sad to see it go? It's been a crazy one with John's new factory job and odd shift. We did have some great times with the family, but I am happy to close the book on the chapter, Summer 2015. Bring on the next chapter. I have many Preschoolers this year, 40 in all. My afternoon class has only 12, so that will be a nice break. Ren cele...
