We arrived at the entrance to the Heritage and Education Center and were met by Jessie Faller-Parrett and her staff. Jessie et al took good care of us, briefing us on the mission of the center and showing us around exhibits and grounds. The Chapter was most fortunate to have Cadet Rivera play the National Anthem at the beginning at the Annual Luncheon in early December. All in attendance agreed it was a superlative rendition.
