Doing the Next Thing. Thoughts on the joys and struggles of one Mom's journey of loving my husband and children and being "busy at home." (From Titus 2:4-5). Tuesday, April 10, 2012. I planned a really yummy Easter menu: boneless leg of lamb with mint balsamic drizzle, roast chicken (for the non-lamb-eaters), sweet potatoes, asparagus, fancy green salad, and homemade lemon meringue pie. Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.
