Dusted off my trusty training plan, and powered up the Running Room app on my phone. Leashed up the dogs (best training partners ever). Pressed play on my favourite running mix. And off we went. It wasn’t pretty. But it felt really, really good. So good that I can’t wait to go again tomorrow. March 10, 2012.
