Southern Living and other peeks into my psyche: May 2011
http://sing4joy-southernliving.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 21, 2011. How cute is this? Blessings on your day,. Thursday, May 19, 2011. Not sure if I mentioned that my in-laws bought the laundromat in the next town over. For the time-being, I work there. It's a good clean living. Hahaha. :) I had to. The problem is - we are located right next to a donut shop. Um. Yum. This is no good for my waistline OR my allergy to soy. Today I had this idea. Worth a shot right? Things I dont want to give up. Monday, May 16, 2011. You can watch the video here.

Southern Living and other peeks into my psyche: Generation to Generation
http://sing4joy-southernliving.blogspot.com/2012/11/generation-to-generation.html
Thursday, November 1, 2012. It is that time, once again, for P.W.O.C International Conference. An incredible time of worship, study, fellowship, growth and squeals from every direction. I will not be in attendance this year and, of course, I am sad about that but it doesn't mean that I cannot go before God in prayer and thanksgiving for this wonderful conference and the life-changing transformations that happen there. Because we must praise. Blessings on your day, and your journey my friends.

Southern Living and other peeks into my psyche: November 15, 1995
http://sing4joy-southernliving.blogspot.com/2008/11/november-15-1995.html
Saturday, November 15, 2008. November 15, 1995. November 15, 1995 was a day that will live in infamy. It was a day like no other (at least no other that I had ever experienced) On November 15, 1995 my husband and I checked into Parkview. Community Hospital in Riverside, California for a scheduled c-section. FINALLY. This is boy twin. He was born at 7:57am at 9 pounds 1/2 ounce (his head was 15cm! This is girl twin. She was born at 7:58am at 6 pounds 14 ounces. But I won't admit it twice. Happy, happy, ha...

Southern Living and other peeks into my psyche: Living Small And Getting Smaller
http://sing4joy-southernliving.blogspot.com/2013/07/living-small-and-getting-smaller.html
Saturday, July 20, 2013. Living Small And Getting Smaller. You may be surprised to hear this. I am attending college. My load is crazy. For this particular semester, I had to scale down almost every activity that causes me to be away from my desk for more than 15-20 minutes. In those short increments, when I give my rear-end a break from the chair, some things get done in our little Barndominium. Because worms (and squirrels) had also been snacking on the sunflowers, that's why! The youngest is off on a ...

Southern Living and other peeks into my psyche: My Babies
http://sing4joy-southernliving.blogspot.com/2008/08/my-babies.html
Friday, August 1, 2008. I am excited for the people my children are becoming and will become and to know that we are in the downhill slope is FANtastic. "WHAT S4J? Are you saying you love the teen years? Well, I wouldn't say that necessarily, but I love what it means for my children and what it means for their parents. They are so close to being out on their own, showing the world who they are and making their own way in life. Grab a hold of your God and go get 'em babies! I love, love, love it! WIW - Th...

Southern Living and other peeks into my psyche: Seventeen
http://sing4joy-southernliving.blogspot.com/2012/11/seventeen.html
Thursday, November 15, 2012. Seems like they were born sometime close to just yesterday. 6 feet and 4 inches of boy twin will tell you that this is not so. Today we stand in excitement, celebration, and yes a little bit of trepidation to announce that they are seventeen. I have written about this some; here. One year. One year to pray like I've never prayed before. One year to show them Jesus every day. One year to ask more leading questions like, "Is it worth how hard you are going to have t...One year ...

Southern Living and other peeks into my psyche: My cup runneth over
http://sing4joy-southernliving.blogspot.com/2007/12/my-cup-runneth-over.html
Sunday, December 9, 2007. My cup runneth over. To sing to the Lord. But if I say, 'I will not mention him or speak any more in his name,' his word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot.". I JUST KNEW YOU HAD SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL TO SAY! This is an absolutely beautiful, wonderful post! Congratulations on your first inspiring blog! December 9, 2007 at 9:40 PM. Saturday, August 6, 2011. 116 Degrees And An Epic Update. It's been a long time hasn't it? I know you mostly know the bits from being friends on facebook, but I thought I would dust off the old virtual stationery and sit down and give an update. The weather here in North Texas (as in everywhere else in the nation) has been hot! Yesterday the thermometer on the back porch read 116 degrees! It's all that people can talk about (including me.). Anymore. I would never undo those years and. Have debt and are.

Southern Living and other peeks into my psyche: September 2011
http://sing4joy-southernliving.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 26, 2011. Saw this little cutie out my new backdoor. Blessings on your day,. Thursday, September 22, 2011. What Do You Do When. You have a 2-car carport that weighs a ton and needs to be moved a couple of acres away? Dismantle it and put it back together where you want it? Of course not. Silly. You chain it to itself and then hook it to the John Deere and drag it where you want it! Here you can witness hubby pulling it backwards and already about 1/4 of the way to where it needed to be.
