On a New York City beach earlier this week in memory of Paolo Rapuzzi. The legendary producer of indigenous varieties of Friuli who passed away on August 13th. On my way out of the city after a long and tiring weekend of debauchery through the jazz filled streets of New Orleans for Tales of the Cocktail. One epic sized ice cube.
