The main difference is that I used SafAle SO4 yeast rather than Danstar Nottingham. I had a slightly higher starting gravity (perhaps I boiled a little harder for this beer? But I’m not sure it will make much as much difference to the flavour as the different yeast will have a greater impact (I believe). OG = 1.048.
