http://gomonica.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 23, 2010. Let's pretend the past month (or 2) of no-posts never happened. I could tell you all about how busy I've been and blah blah blah, but I'd be preaching to the choir. I'm sure. So let's get caught up. I went out to Colorado Springs to get my Level 2 Coaching Cert. It was SO much fun! We spent our typical Mo-Bean night togheter over bison burgers (France's finest! I've got a new coach! 11, it's on. And the big news. I've got a sexy new ride! Argon E-114, it.so.rocks! Subscribe to: Po...

Saturday, September 26, 2009. Nice to meet you! Hi there, my name is Monica. I used to be a regular here but this little thing called life has kept me away. It's been too long. way too long. Go Monica!: Fat Tuesday!
http://gomonica.blogspot.com/2010/02/fat-tuesday.html
Tuesday, February 16, 2010. So Fat Tuesday is most definitely one of the best days of the year. It's a day where you can throw it all out the window and say to hell with it! Give me calories, sugar, and whatever else I can stuff in my face, because. Beginning tomorrow and for forty days from then, it's strictly off limits. How did I celebrate such a big day? With 5 Guys of course! Best Fat Tuesday EVER! So what's in store for tomorrow? One of my biggest vices is cereal, I'm so totally addicted! Louisvill...

Go Monica!: The Bucket
http://gomonica.blogspot.com/2010/03/bucket.html
Tuesday, March 2, 2010. So I've always been a bit skeptical of the bucket list, because really I think it's quite morbid. But over Christmas break my bro and cousin came with theirs. After chiming. In enough times to be annoying I decided to heck with it, I'll make one too. Not really putting too much effort behind it I came up with more of a To Do list for the year. It's been edited for blogging purposes but here's the short version. In 2010 I want to: learn Spanish, go on an exotic vacay. But then I wa...

Go Monica!: October 2009
http://gomonica.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 29, 2009. Schooled by a Two Year Old. I used to love playgrounds! Whenever I'd find a new one it was easy to transform it into my own little fantasy world of pirate ships and molten. Lava pits. don't act like you're not following. I could spent hours on the tire swing, merry go round, monkey bars and balance beam. I would go home after hours of playing, covered in dirt and not the least bit worn out. So I was pretty pumped to take my 2 year old niece. To the coolest playground. Thursday...

http://gomonica.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 3, 2009. We have landed in August, which means only one thing to a Louisville triathlete. we are in the Ironman. Homestretch. The long hours in the saddle, pounding the pavement and splashing about are being stored in the bank, ready for withdrawal. On the 30 th. It's right around the corner, 4 weeks away. Nervous tension is in the air. This Saturday the course was filled with not just recreational riders, there were Zipp. Helmets, 'on your left's. But then, as I'm out of the saddle gaspin...

Go Monica!: January 2010
http://gomonica.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 31, 2010. It's so easy to take for granted how talented we are, because no matter what we always want to be better. Not a bad thing to want, but sometimes we need to take it all off and get back to the basics. Forget the garmin. Forget the splitting the turnaround, timing your hills, forget the worry. and just go. Just head out the door, run how you feel, and remember why we even do this crazy stuff. After all, we do it for fun! We do this for the rush, the camaraderie. Sean Murphy (big b...
