https://walkingthroughms.wordpress.com/2014/12/09/wow-ive-done-it
Janice Kruger's Blog. Wow, I’ve done it! December 9, 2014. This is so nerve-wracking for me! I have had it on my heart to write a blog on my walk ‘through’ MS, I use the word ‘through’ because I live through my MS (Multiple Sclerosis), every second of the day. On that note, did you know that there are over 1 trillion nerves, sending messages EVERY SECOND. When I read this it hit me like a ton of bricks! Back to why I am doing this blog! I’ve made the start of writing this blog and I’m actually so excited!

Janice Kruger's Blog. PART 2 : I’m not going crazy there is something radically wrong with me! December 11, 2014. I have worked in sales all my working life, with the last fourteen years in the radio industry. I loved it so much, helping clients grow their business, coming up with creative campaigns, offering advice, writing scripts, etc. Being in sales has its obvious stresses, reaching targets, growing the business bottom line, growing new clients, looking after existing clients. During this time I am ...

WALKING THROUGH LIFE | Sabina de Pertis
Happiness is a State of Mind. August 14, 2015. 8220;Happiness is a state of mind, a feeling above all other feelings that allows us to know that it’s good to be alive, that our existence has a meaning, and that we are where we belong. Daphne Rose Kingma: “A Garland of Love”. There are certain experiences and people, certain movements of our bodies or words that suddenly fill us with total happiness. Often this happens unexpectedly, but why not look deeper into the causes of those moments of happiness?

Living In A Stigma. April 2, 2015. No matter how much time passes, the stigma of mental illness still lies heavy on the outlook of society in these modern times. Sadly, there aren’t many voices speaking up in the name of mental illness. It’s still too taboo. The news these days isn’t helping clarify what mental illness really means. Take the case of the co-pilot who supposedly purposefully crashed the plane due to being depressed. Who new I could be useful in society! I have been blessed to have a counse...

Walking through Mark | a journey through the gospel
A journey through the gospel. July 11, 2014. And they came to Jerusalem. And he entered the temple and began to drive out those who sold and those who bought in the temple, and he overturned the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those who sold pigeons. And he would not allow anyone to carry anything through the temple. And he was teaching them and saying to them, Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations’? But you have made it a den of robbers. And sai...

walkingthroughoz | An Adventure in Australia
That Spider Meant Business. September 6, 2014. It’s taken me 2 months to experience a deadly Australian creature. And, must I say, Australia has finally lived up to its “creepiest place on Earth for things that will eat you” stereotype. Here’s the story. It’s a Golden-Orb Spider, except it was black…. Without even practicing it! August 26, 2014. Wow, it’s taken me a super long time to write another blog, but here goes! So we went to North Stradbroke Island a few weekends ago and it was a super fun trip!

Hope and determination for a better life with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, and Fibromyalgia. August 1, 2015. Joy, joy comes from an unbroken spirit! We fight so hard every day, sometimes just opening our eyes takes everything that we have. Sometimes the doctor appointments leave us more broken with less answers and less hope. Or at times our loved ones and friends leave us feeling at a loss, or with the feeling… More Joy comes from. July 30, 2015. July 27, 2015. June 28, 2015. Too often we try and get ah...

With Junsei Jana Drakka. Vigil for the Homeless. I met Jana after Thanksgiving 2012. It seems a good time to re-post this video. Jana invited me to photograph and film her and one of the first things I filmed was this vigil for those that die on our streets, homeless. As I write, Jana herself is facing homelessness.
