Wednesday, January 28, 2009. The less I do. The less I want to do. I think it is because the weather is not the best, my husband is home for a week. Blah blah blah. I am suddenly full of excuses of why I don't feel like doing ANYTHING healthy. . Tomorrow morning I go to the doctors to have a weird little mole removed. Nothing crazy. My brand new green bikini (taken August 4th, 2008). 2188 pounds on January 1st 2008 (6 weeks postpartum). My last day of pregnancy with baby number 6 aka Courtney. Size 18/20 to a size 6/7!

Monday, March 31, 2008. Night before [FINAL] weigh in. Well, I never thought this day would come, but tomorow is the final weigh in for the 2008 Goo-Be-Gone. I am ready for it to be over. The next 36 (well less? Pounds I hope to take off by June 1st, 2008. I will be a great day when I hit that FINAL goal weight. This competition has certainly given me a great beginning and a head start on my weight loss. I will never go back up in weight again! We can both wait until tomorrow evening! 3 more months to go!

Sunday, February 8, 2009. Today we headed out for a 19 km run. I felt fabulous for the first time in quite some time. I didn't get much sleep, I have a bit of a cold, my stitches are out. I have new runners. I didn't take my pill. And voila. A great run. I really needed that today! 1919 km (Long slow distance). Avg pace 6:06 km. Best pace 4:27 km. I am not sure if I am going to run the Historic Half next weekend, or just run the scheduled 23 km? So, hopefully my stomach will figure itself out! I am Cat...

Thursday, October 23, 2008. SO, I slept in (well till about 8 ish. That felt good. But weird. But the twitch is STILL there. I then decided that I would sign up for another half marathon clinic. So, on Tuesday I started running/training again for a goal race the day after Valentines day. Closer to home. . So, I am back on the wagon and running. Training for my next half marathon.
