I’ve been sanctioned…. Where is the Love? Welcome. My name is Mitchell and I'm a proud alumnus of Coe College and currently reside in León, Nicaragua. Most of this blog is about my travels over the past few years Enjoy! View my complete profile. Where is the Love? This morning I was listening to the Black Eyed Peas song, asking where all the love in the world has gone.  I generally like to take a pessimistic view with musicians on this stand, but honestly, I’ve received much love recently. Day 2: Try to ...

Kohawk Talk - Mitchell Lincoln: Goodbye

http://kohawktalk-mitchell.blogspot.com/2009/05/goodbye.html

Monday, May 11, 2009. Well I graduated yesterday. Its hard to believe that four years have really gone by and the place I have called home for so long I now call my alma mater. All nostalgia aside, graduation day was amazing and bittersweet at the same time. It was, however, great for some final pictures. Anya and I after the ceremony. This is me getting my award and learning the secret handshake of Phi Beta Kappa. I'd love to have you! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Hometown: DeWitt, Iowa.

Kohawk Talk: August 2009

http://kohawktalk-kali.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html

Tuesday, August 25, 2009. It is already the 2nd day of my senior year! I can't even believe how fast the summer flew by. After my May term trip to Spain I was back here at Coe. College, living with some friends, and working my life away. I was doing research through the Business Department for my senior thesis, I had a marketing internship at ImOn. Communications, and a part-time job at a restaurant called Daniel Arthur's. It was a great summer, but there were less BBQ's. Posted by Kaleen Rietcheck.

Monday, November 30, 2009. Don't Worry.I'm Still Here! I realize that I have failed to post for two weeks now. Understand that this is only because these weeks passed without my recognition. I have no idea where that time went! Thanksgiving day we had a small meal at home with the 5 of us for lunch, then went over to a friends home for an extremely large dinner. I was very thankful for the opportunity to go home and spend time with my family. It was also great having Andrew come with me; especial...I tot...

Friday, May 8, 2009. Ending of the Year. Hi :) So it has been a while since my last post. Since then I have survived finals, started my summer job and internship, and have been procrastinating packing up my room. I leave in 5 days for a May Term through Coe. Spain I will spend 3 weeks there with 7 other Coe. Students and one of our professors! I am really excited! We will be taking Spanish classes, living with a host family, and traveling around Spain! It will be a summer to remember for sure.

Kohawk Talk: April 2009

http://kohawktalk-kali.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html

Thursday, April 23, 2009. So, yesterday was Earth day. To celebrate, Environmental Club decided to have Earth Week! Monday we collected a bunch of plastic bottles around campus. Originally we were going to hang them from the trees in the quad, but it was much too windy to do that so we made a giant ball out of them! We think they took it to get the refund for the bottles, which was our plan, but whatever. The bottles were hopefully recycled either way. Wednesday (Earth Day) we had a locally produced BBQ ...
