Sometimes, I like to look into tide pools and pretend they are the world. The water ripples, and the sun dances across its surface. I swirl the water with my finger, tracing all the places that are finally within my reach. And it’s easy. The tide pool may not be the. World, but it is my. Excitement and experiences from a Kiwi Girl traveling. Ranger duty started with us piling into the back of the ute and Heading to the antelope enclosure. Zulu one of the Rangers dogs decided I would be his seat. We had to clean feeding troughs. Due to the rain these troughs are at risk of growing deadly parasites. Monday, 1 August 2016. Whale Watching in Nova Scotia - Brier Island. Whale watching has always been up there on my bucket list, as has a trip to Nova Scotia and I was lucky enough to have an experience that will stay with me forever.
